Is it possible to customize the question, axis or the follow-up question?

Yes, it is.

Just be careful: If you change the meaning, we might not be able to interpret the results you get correctly. Please only change these if you know what you are doing.

Is it possible to have 2 or more survey questions in the same e-mail?

Unfortunately, that's not possible. We strive to keep Customer.guru as simple as possible so that our users find it easy to use. Our automatically generated Insights reporting is, therefore, based on the concept of having a single question only.

If you want to learn more about your customer base, integrate Customer.guru into your system and push your customer meta-data into Customer.guru along with customers' e-mail (first order date, number of orders, product types ordered, etc). Customer.guru will automatically generate reports showing your NPS segmented by these properties.

If you want to track Net Promoter Score for two different companies or projects, you need to sign up for an account for each of those projects with a different e-mail address.

What is the best place to include the Customer.guru widget displaying positive ratings?

That depends on the structure of your site. You typically want to include it somewhere where your customers are able to see it.

Some examples might include homepage below your offering or a dedicated page for Testimonials.
