The turf you supplied was very poor and the response from the sales team was not satisfactory.

All my deliveries have been on time the quality of the soil was a bit poor but I was happy with the compost and the manure I received.

I asked for the order to be delivered on Monday 24th, when I would be in, but it was delivered on Friday 21st,when I was out. I wanted it leaving in a particular place in the garden. Fortunately it was left quite near to where I wanted it but |I would have preferred to have been in when it was delivered.

The soil that came was awful, not topsoil at all. I was so busy and had never used your company before so I used it out of desperation, but realised something was not right. I then contacted you but could not be helped because I had used the stuff, but this shouldn't have happened in the first place. Either your supply was interacted, the goods stolen and me given rubbish, or not. I have the bag but no other proof. I got £7 back. I asked for a voucher to purchase another bag, thinking about whether I should risk this. You were only £10 cheaper than B&Q originally and I know their compost is good

It would have been 10 but the little information as to when it would be arriving given and I had to phone for ETA other than that everything was brilliant

I needed the Jumbo bag lifted over my fence at the top of a steep bank and dropping in my garden. Your driver was very helpful and courteous and he did the job to perfection.

It isnt easy to deliver where we live. The drivercwas very helpful and off loaded the gravel exactly where we wanted it.

The initial customer service was good, delivery was arranged, and then confusion set in and the dyes were adjusted and information was missing, but the actual delivery was made successfully and the quality of the product was very good.

Arrived a day earlier than expected and therefore not late. Easy delivery. I had one question before delivery and got through to speak to someone easily.

Good service - bags were delivered on the date that I had selected and were left where I requested. Soil and stones (Welsh slate) look pretty good. Just got to shovel it all into the garden now...
