Easy to deal with and the website is very clear to follow

The bin holder I bought is not as sturdy as it appears in your pictures. I had a handy man come out to put it together for me and while the directions were fairly straight forward, the product itself looks a bit flimsy. We've even noticed chipping already. A major thing for me is that there are no hinges when you want to lift the lid - so you have to hold the lid with one hand and get the bin bag in with the other - this is difficult if the bin is heavy naturally. Finally, I was left with a crate that I would like picked up please - can you please let me know when you will be able to do this as I have no way to get rid of it. Thanks, Kate
