I was comfortable knowing they shipped from within the state of Oregon so they wouldn't be in transit long, the free shipping was a happy bonus, you had just the breed I wanted, and the 10 chick minimum order meant I didn't have to order an excessive number of birds like all the other hatcheries. Very happy with my new chicks, thank you!

I like that the chickens are northwest instead of coming from another part of the country. I wish that I could order less than 10. I needed some help with the immunization questions. The software failed and I had to call in to finalize the order.
