I love the web site, and the range of wine and the price of wine. However I ordered a case on the 22nd August. On the 24th it was dispatched. Now on the 31st, it still has not arrived. I live in a capital city, and surely it shouldn't take a over week for wine to be delivered, especially as you charge for postage. On other wine sites (Vinomofo, Cracker, McLaren Vale Cellars for example) wine is delivered in 3-4 days from order, sometimes with free postage.
So if my wine turns up, I will rate your business higher.

I would have rated higher, they changed courier service to Hunter Express, they are hopeless, last delivery, there was no notification, which they usually do...they take longer than expected. You call them and you talk to 12 year old who have no idea! I have complained before but nothing has changed...and I work for a freight company, so know how things are suppose to work!

The wine was undrinkable. There is plenty of quaffable wine for 99 bucks a dozen. This is definitely not it. Will not buy from you again. Very disappointed.
