I’ve bought this bracelet twice now the first one broke twice but I was able to fix it the first time but when I broke it again I ordered a new one and the new buckle broke as I was putting it together. I also accidentally ordered conditioner sliders for the wrong bracelet that didn’t match the one in my order and I would have appreciated an email from support confirming this choice.

Because they are terrific! This bracelet is important to me so responders can view my medical stuff when needed. The prices are great as well. When you call to talk to them, they are very friendly and helpful.

I would of also liked to have been able to add medicines I'm allergic too.
