To get all feature I need to upgrade which isn’t transparent on purchase.
The MyID Sleeve for a wristwatch band is a good thing to have. But I've had to order a new one each year -- it doesn't even last a full year -- because the print on the face wears off. This can be hazardous because if an ambulance EMT tries to scan it when the QR code is even slightly worn, I doubt that he would be able to access my medical information. I had suggested about a year ago that these be laminated so the face won't wear and fade, but the latest one I ordered still appears to be the same old material. I'm disappointed that no one took my suggestion.

Fulfilling it's purpose
Honestly, the customer service is what absolutely sold me. You guys took care of everything right away even though it was me who messed up. Definitely a returning customer now
It is not a braclet or necklace. It looks good on my watchband and I don’t notice it.
I really like to have my medical information easily accessed by emergency personnel. Plus when I visit a doctor my information is right there on my phone to relay to the doctors and nurses.
It makes me feel secure just in case something life threatening were to happen. First responders can see my info.
Very important
Free app
Super easy to set up.
The ease of the return process and the assistance provided by the Customer Service representative.
Convivence of the QR code...being able to put the information I WANT people to see if something were to happen. Being able to track on Google Maps. Product quality. Supportive staff.
I love the information you can put on there for free or the paid subscription. I like the yearly paid subscription isn't that much
I have already had 3 friends order from you in less than a week
My husband has FTD dementia. If he roams and his tracker becomes disconnected, knowing when he’s found that the Instant access to his contacts and medical information is a QR code scan away is a comforting thought.
The MyID QR codes connecting to the app/website. I love being able to update my information at any time without having to get a whole new pod or bracelet or charm. I think everyone should have a MyID!
The ease of use for the QR code and the ease of being able to change my meds as they change
