Kaiser Aluminum an American aluminum producer is a spinoff from Kaiser Aluminum and Chemicals Corporation which came to be when common stock was offered in Permanente Metals Corporation and Permanente Metals Corporation's name was changed to Kaiser Aluminum and Chemicals Corporation. Henry J. Kaiser's corporation entered the aluminum business by leasing, then purchasing three government-owned aluminum facilities in Washington state. These were the primary reduction plants at Mead and Tacoma, and the rolling mill at Trentwood. The company grew to be a vertically integrated aluminum producer. Kaiser currently owns 12 fabricating plants that can produce more than 400,000,000 pounds of aluminum annually. The company also owns a 49 percent interest in an aluminum smelter in Wales. The North American plants produce approximately 500,000,000 pounds per year of value-added sheet, plate, extrusions, forgings, rod, bar, and tube. Kaiser previously owned a subsidiary that developed real estate, including Rancho California, California.

Yes, it is.
Net Promoter Score is a number from -100 from 100.
Scores higher than 0 are typically considered to be good and scores above 50 are considered to be excellent.
The industry average for Capital Goods / Metal Fabrications is 0.
The final Net Promoter Score of a company strongly depends on a context in which the satisfaction is measured.
Consider an example: If Kaiser Aluminum Corporation sends out NPS surveys immediately after purchase, they are tracking their customers' initial excitement and the checkout experience.
On the other hand, if they survey their customers a few weeks after the purchase they are also tracking how satisfied their customers are with their products and services over time.
Therefore, comparing the NPS score of Kaiser Aluminum Corporation with your own without any further context is not that useful.
What is extremely useful though, is using the NPS methodology to track the satisfaction of your customers over time. That's where Customer.guru comes in.
